Hi my name is Drew, I am an Alcoholic in recovery and celebrate several years of sobriety. I have suffered with mental health issues for most of my life and have a wealth of life experiences, some good some bad, but ALL of them have made me who I am today. So I regret nothing but always strive to be better than I was yesterday. 


That's why I trained to be a sports practitioner and I have been a personal trainer for many years and also trained as a Health and well being coach and furthered my knowledge with an advanced nutrition qualification.


In this time I have helped numerous clients reach their goals and help them make positive lifestyle choices. Their goals have been varied some its fat loss, some muscle building, some feeling more healthy but the one thing that unites them all regardless of specific goals is …………..

Needing support, guidance, accountability, motivation and someone there to help them through their journey as they have ALL failed in the past to do it on their own.

Let’s be honest, the principles of health, nutrition and exercise are pretty simple, ‘eat less, move more’ we know what we should be eating and what we shouldn’t, we know we need to exercise and move more especially in a world of sedentary lives both professionally and personally. We know what to do, but the reality is its not easy to find the motivation to get things done.
